1. Who provides the service The site is operated by Iconia Photo & Travel, VAT IT00000000000, with registered office at Via Esempio 1, Milano ("the owner"). These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of subscriptions and content. By using the site you accept them. 2. Access requirements The site is restricted to adults. By signing up you declare that you are at least 18 years old and that accessing this content is legal in your country. Where the law requires it, access to content is subject to an age check carried out by a certified third-party provider: the site only receives the result, never your documents. 3. Account and security Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your credentials. Report any unauthorised access immediately to info@geniale.me. The owner may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms. 4. Free content, subscriptions, single purchases Free sign-up gives access to content marked as free. Tiered subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown when activated; you can cancel at any time from the account page and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund of the remaining fraction. Single purchases (pay-per-view) grant access to the purchased content for as long as the site remains active. Prices and tiers may change for the future: changes do not affect periods already paid. 5. Payments Payments are handled by an external processor on its own pages: the site neither receives nor stores card data. Receipts are issued by the processor. In case of chargeback or payment dispute, access to the corresponding content is suspended. 6. Right of withdrawal Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal under Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code. For subscriptions, cancellation under section 4 is always available. 7. Ownership of content and permitted use All content is protected by copyright and remains the property of the owner. Access is granted for personal, private use. Downloading, copying, recording, sharing, publishing or reselling the content, even in part, is prohibited. Breaches result in immediate account closure without refund and in the remedies available under the law. Media have no permanent public URLs: access is authorised by the server on every request. 8. Chat and conduct Harassment, threats, unlawful content and requests for meetings are prohibited in chat and comments. The owner may restrict or close chat access at their discretion. 9. Changes and termination The owner may update these terms: the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top. The owner may also close the site with reasonable notice; in that case active subscriptions are not renewed. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the competent court is that of your place of residence or domicile, if in Italy; otherwise the court of the owner's registered office has jurisdiction.
